Yoga For BJJ
Yoga For BJJ is a method of practicing yoga deliberately designed for practitioners of BJJ. Developed and owned by Sebastian and Stine Brosche who have gone on to certify hundreds of instructors through their organisation.
At Balance, we will be focusing on giving our members the tools to keep their minds and bodies strong. BJJ is tough on the body, and to be able to stay on the mats, a Balanced approach is needed. We strongly believe in the benefits Yoga has on the body and the mind. Both Gino and Steph are certified Yoga For BJJ instructors. We will be offering multiple classes a week and will be urging our community to add it to their regiment. A must for injury prevention and rehabilitation as well as increased flexibility and athleticism.
